Narelle accidentally came to Pilates about 10 years ago and has been teaching ever since. Her classes are an all over workout to some 80's  and 90's tunes.  She especially loves calf raises and triceps with a hint of glutes.  

Complaining is always welcome in Narelle's classes along with grimaces and muttering under your breath.

Abi is our smiling assassin.  Her classes are all about fitness - and with her PT and Run Coach background she loves the legs, glutes and all over strength.

Abi also runs our Seniors classes each week where she gets you moving, stretching and upright.

​

Abi swears like a trooper and does classes to match - all with her smile and joyous energy.  She is all about being the best version of yourself.

Snow is our "details" instructor, and is brilliant with technique.  For Snow, Pilates is all about taking back control of your body as well as learning to use your body to prevent future illnesses.

Snow's eye for detail means her classes are perfect for those with more specific needs or want to focus more on technique.

Roberta is our powerhouse of enthusiasm, passion, and experience in the world of movement - we think it is her background in Calisthenics and dance.

Plus she has a genuine love for working with individuals of all ages, from the young, to the young at heart.

Don't let her delightful gentle nature fool you – she's a dedicated challenger and a force when it comes to enhancing your strength and balance.

Roberta is a qualified Clinical Pilates instructor, which means she's your go-to expert for tailored private sessions, small group classes, and even some of our group sessions.

Shane is co-owner and man behind the scenes.  

He has very little knowledge of fitness outside of basketball.  He also cannot touch his toes and his hamstrings are so tight if he bends too far forward they may just snap and take out the eye of a nearby bystander.

​

Shane is the one who keeps the business basics running smoothly - from the bookings, the timetabling to keeping Narelle fed and watered.  He is an indispensable team member and will handle anything that comes his way with a sense of rational calm...unless he has to put his feet in straps.
