Small but Mighty - Big enough for energy, small enough for personal attention—our small group Reformer Pilates classes (max 4 people) are perfect for those who want or need a little extra guidance.
With a dedicated instructor keeping an eye on form, function, and fun, you'll get tailored support, targeted adjustments, and just the right amount of challenge —without getting lost in the crowd!
Designed at a slower pace, our small group Reformer Pilates for seniors focuses on weight-bearing exercises, joint health, posture, and balance—helping you stay mobile, strong, and upright.
And let’s be honest, it’s also the most social class in the studio with plenty of chatter and laughter.
