Where Pilates is for Everybody

Welcome to Reformer Pilates Heathmont

Our Philosophy

At Reformer Pilates Heathmont, we believe that strength, health and movement are for everyone - not just those rocking the latest activewear.

Our friendly, community focused studio is all about helping real people (like you!) feel stronger, mover better, and build confidence in their bodies.

Whether you are a total beginner, a Pilates pro, or someone who just wants to stay mobile without pulling a muscle reaching for the top shelf, we’ve got you covered. Our small group classes and private sessions cater to all levels, ages, and abilities, offering a gentle supported approach that builds strength while keeping injuries at bay.

No egos, no judgement - just a welcoming space where you can move, laugh, and maybe even groan through the core work.

Let’s get stronger together.

Our Classes

Reformer Pilates Classes

Our Reformer Pilates Classes are all about building strength, improving flexibility and boosting your overall fitness - with exercises tailored to your needs and level.

Whether you are here to power up, lengthen out, or just survive the core work, you’ll get the best workout possible.

Feel free to complain loudly if it helps - we take it as a sign you’re working hard! .

Private Sessions

Our one-on-one (or one-on-two) private sessions give you individualised attention and expert guidance to help you reach your goals faster and more effectively.

Perfect for those needing technique support, Rehab-focused movement, or personalised programming - or for those who just prefer to exercise in peace, without the studio chatter.

Your pace, your focus and your Pilates…your way.

Small Group Classes

Small but Mighty

Big enough for energy, small enough for personal attention -our small group classes (max. 4 people) are perfect for those who want or need a little extra guidance.

With a dedicated instructor keeping an eye on form, function and fun, you’ll get tailored support, targeted adjustments and just the right amount of challenge without getting lost in the crowd!

Seniors Classes

Designed at a slower pace, our seniors group classes focuses on weight bearing exercises, joint health, posture and balance - helping you stay mobile, strong and upright.

And let’s be honest, it’s also the most social class in the studio with plenty of chatter and laugher.

Perfect for those who love a gentler approach with plenty of personal attention - and a good yarn while they’re at it.

“When you start taking care of yourself, you start feeling better, you start looking better, and you even start to attract better. It all started with you”— Unknown.
